This policy explains what information calcsolveronline.com (“we”) handles when you use the site, and the choices you have.

The short version

We don’t ask for your name, email or an account to use the calculator or the library. Your calculations stay on your device. Third-party activities and, in future, ads may use their own cookies, as explained below.

What stays in your browser

The calculator saves these in your browser’s local storage:

  • your last 30 calculations
  • your DEG/RAD and scientific-keys settings
  • favorite activities
  • recently opened activities

None of this is sent to us. You can delete it by clearing your history in the calculator or clearing site data in your browser.

What our server receives

Like any website, our web host receives standard technical details when you load a page: IP address, browser type, page requested and time. These server logs are kept for security and to keep the site running, not to identify you.

Opening the library downloads the activity list from our server. No personal information is sent with that request.

Third-party activities

Activities are provided by a third party and load inside a frame on our page. While you use one, that provider may set cookies, collect device information and show its own ads under its own privacy policy. We don’t control that content or receive the data it collects.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We don’t currently show ads. We may use Google AdSense in future. If we do:

  • Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
  • You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
  • Where the law requires it, we’ll ask for consent before these cookies are used.

We’ll update this page before any ads go live.

Children

The site is used by students, and no feature asks for personal information. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent believes their child emailed us personal details, contact us and we’ll delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask what information we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Email support@calcsolveronline.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If anything changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
